1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During high-volume periods (such as seasonal sales or holidays), processing times may be extended by 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We offer reliable shipping options across the UK. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch:

Please Note: Delivery estimates are realistic timeframes provided by our premium logistics courier services. On rare occasions, delays may occur due to external factors like severe weather or courier disruptions.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently provide fully tracked shipping services to all destinations within the United Kingdom, including:

At this moment, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier, an automated email containing your unique Tracking Number and link will be sent to you. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the system. You can track your pet’s package directly through our store or the courier's official portal.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. UK Prime Trade cannot be held responsible for orders that fail to deliver or are misdelivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please inspect the package and contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at sales@ukprimetrade.co.uk. We will immediately investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a priority replacement or refund for you.
